I wanted to express my appreciation for the effort the team put forth over the past four weeks. Despite the staffing challenges we were facing they were able to complete the process on time and steer us in the right direction. I have no doubt that the time and resources they have dedicated will lay the foundation for our successful future. Prior to their involvement, our business had been stagnant with unsuccessful attempts to move it forward. I was uncertain about the direction to take, but I knew that significant changes were needed.
