Our time with Lawrence was very informative and he was able to help us make a few much needed changes in how we operate our business. I was initially a little skeptical because these things always look good on paper but usually end up falling short after implementation. Not so in our case because Lawrence and the rest of the CBS team walked us through the whole process and made sure we followed his plan to the letter. Our record keeping was also a mess which made everything more difficult than it needed to be. No matter we were able to implement almost all of the recommended changes and our operations are running smoother than ever. Most importantly he has shown me how to keep everyone accountable while also creating a collaborative working environment. I can honestly say I would never have been able to make the changes myself nor would they have been as effective.
