Competent and trustworthy

We started working with cbs a few months ago. The timing could not have been better. We have always had a great reputation in our industry but over the last few years we found ourselves struggling to stay ahead of the competition. We have a history of being incredibly conservative when it came to major changes and that even extended to our marketing efforts. After the initial analysis was done Phillip presented us with a general plan to make us more competitive and put us on a path to expand our business and service area. It took us a few weeks to make some of the initial changes but so far we like what we see. Some of the recommendations will take much longer as they require significant changes to staff and how we run the business. I look forward to being able to not only expand our business but making it more profitable. Hopefully once we are able to complete the necessary changes everything will come together.
