Originally skeptical of the promises and thought the scope of work was too much for the timeframe they quoted. They made me a believer after the second week of working with them. The first few days was tough as we had to accept some hard realities on some real problems in how we were running things. After the third week it started to turn around and the changes we were implementing seemed to make a difference right away. Hopefully once we finish implementing all the changes we can start performing at a level I know we belong at.
