After the last two months I just had to write and share our experience with Tom and everyone else Corporate Business Solutions. Tom’s knowledge and dedication have made a big difference in how our company operates and performs. In his time working with us Tom introduced us to more than a few tools which helped us spot where we were losing most of profit. This process has helped us cut down on wasted labor hours in both the field and the office which significantly cut our overhead. He also worked side by side with our office team to set up better systems for tracking finances, job progress, labor hours, and job costs. Tom was able to handle a lot of the rot that we had been accumulating over the years which caused us to take our eyes off the ball. Now we are refocused on what matters which is growing the business.
