We now have a plan

Michael and his team were an asset to us over the last two months. We worked with four different consultants over that time and Michael by far was the most knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to really dig in and give us a top-down view of what was going right and more importantly what was going wrong with our business. Some of issues brought up were known to us and longstanding problems. Other we had no idea about and were alarms about how much it was costing us. Michael was able to work well with our team and come up with some short-term fixes and a timeline for some of the larger problems that would take significant resources to fix. We finished out engagement feeling good about our future and more importantly we had a solid plan of action to move forward with.
