The last few years have been hectic for us. We have opened two new locations and I feel like most of my week is spent putting our fires instead of focusing on the growth and sustainability of our company. Before we expanded it was easy to keep an eye on our numbers and make decisions without giving them a second thought. Now we are overseeing almost double the number of staff we had previously and it was turning into a mess. Brad from CBS was able to come in and totally overhaul our reporting and business processes as well as our customer service systems. It was a difficult few weeks but by the end we no longer had three unique systems but one centralized one that helped us make smarter decisions and actually track our numbers in real time. I can honestly say I do not know where we would be without Brads help and the systems he put in place.
