I would say that a positive experience is defined by professionalism, clear communication, and the ability to implement recommendations. With that in mind I would put forward that this engagement delivered on all three. Erik demonstrated all the previous mentioned traits plus a willingness to go above and beyond setting us up for success. He possessed a detailed understanding of our specific business needs. Communication was timely and solutions were tailored, not generic. The most important thing was that he guided us through implementation of the systems and changes he instructed us to put in place.
