I sincerely wanted to thank John and his team over at Corporate business solutions for all the time and effort they spent working with us over the last two months. In that time, we had two separate engagements both on site the first of which helped us to totally revamp our accounting department. John came in and reorganized our QuickBooks process and company files. This may sound like something simple but with the mess we had created it took him days to make heads or tails of our setup. He then finished up the first week with in-person training for our people and making sure they knew the proper ways to handle everything moving forward. John even found some accounts receivable that had non-payment for over two years! We were excited but also frightened that we had money we have never even attempted to collect on. I am almost certain that we will end up covering the entire cost of the engagement just from collecting on overlook invoices some of which are years old.
