We contracted with CBS and Jay H. to help us scale our business. We have been trying for the last three years to widen our service area and increase revenue. Jay was approachable and worked well with our onsite staff. His focus on data-driven results and clear communication made the entire process smooth. With Jays help we were able to implement several systems and procedures that focused solely on the operations side. Things like fleet tracking and field check ins were made mandatory something that tightened our overall labor costs and allowed us to track profitability on a per job basis.
