Having them work with us was a pleasure they helped us implement new policies and procedures when it came to our training and hiring. Our goal is to lower the churn we run up against on entry level sales hires. This has always been the bane of our existence and a real bottleneck to our growth. Sean and everyone from CBS has gone above and beyond to make sure our engagement was a positive and successful one. Up to this point, we had tried more than a few other companies and many so called solutions but this is the first time I have confidence we can figure it out.
