CBS Helped Us Stabilize the Business When We Needed It Most

When we brought in Mr. Stoller and CBS, our company was in somewhat of a mess. If I am being honest, we were probably a couple of bad projects away from having to lay off a significant amount of staff. This wasn’t theory—the outside accountants we used for our year-end had been warning us for a while that our current path was not tenable. We had always pushed for growth and expansion, but now that credit is drying up, we had put ourselves in a tough position. His practical, hands-on approach helped us cut costs while still being able to run the day-to-day business operations. That is where Mr. Stoller’s help was invaluable, and it gave us the breathing room to start planning out larger changes.
We needed to balance the time it would take to implement sweeping changes with the dire reality of our current financial situation. Working together, he has provided us with a six-, nine-, and 12-month plan of action. Our great hope is that we will end up on the other side of this a much stronger and healthier company. So far, CBS has succeeded in helping us stave off disaster.
