What a great vacation, 2nd time I have used these guys.

I would say we are a particularly difficult family as we have very high expectations and specific needs travelling with very young children. We are enthusiasts for travel, and have been lucky enough to travel many corners of the world - this of course I admit makes us fussy and probably a bit of a nightmare set of customers. Family time is especially precious to us, so we put a lot of effort into ensuring our family vacation is as close to prefect as we can achieve. Also we visited Costa Rica back in 2006, so often returning to the same place you have to better the time you had previously.
Our trip to Costa Rica this year was definitely a very positive one and ranked very highly up there in our top 3 all time favourites. From the initial planning right through to being away and adapting and adding activities/excursions at the last minute. Our accommodation selections were absolutely perfectly matched and couldn't fault any of the resorts or properties. Loved all of them especially Reserva Conchal. One thing that my husband particularly hates is transfers that don't run smoothly, and all of our pre-booked internal flights and private transfers were all on time and highly organised with representatives meeting us, taking care of luggage, making frequent stops where requested and allowed the children to see some of the wildlife he spotted on our way. We followed recommendations for trips from the agent as difficult to know what would work with timing and how much we should pack into our itinerary. This meant we were so relaxed whilst away we were almost going backwards.
Weather,climate, food, people, culture all beautiful.
We felt our package was reasonable and in line with our budget, even with extra upgrades and added activities whilst there. We also checked around for pricing of hotels or properties prior to booking through the usual sites and are confident we got a great deal.
All in all a fantastic vacation and would feel happy recommending agent/hotel/excursions confidently to others.
