I live in a 2-storey condo complex that has a management company, and that management company contracted with Courtesy Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs throughout the complex. Because the units were so old, many of the sewer pipes have been overgrown with roots, and ants were finding their way inside the roots and into our units via the drain pipes at the end of summer. For our units Courtesy re-lined the sewer lines all the way to the main central lines in our units. I must say having no ants was a real joy! However I still had slow drains after the work was done, so I asked one of the guys to come up and look while they were on-site. They determined I had a long-standing hair clog right before the drain joined (ick). In the end they rootered it and fixed the problem at no additional charge to me. I also just found out from the complex president that Courtesy never billed them for the additional individual work, and mine was not the only one. They said it was just a "courtesy." Indeed.
