This company called me on my cell phone and threatened legal action for a supposed debt. Both these actions are against Federal law. And they don't even know if the debt is valid. I have never received one piece of correspondence from this company. When
asked to validate debt, they replied that the court case was filed. These are scare tactics and completely unacceptable. These people are not very smart. Google them. They have many law suits filed against them. I run a business and I would never hire a collection
company that breaks the law.
