I highly recommend Sam Chiu (Sr. Loan Consultant) at Crestline Funding. I heard a radio advertisement on KFI640 that sounded great and I gave Sam a call based on other reviews that I read online. Bottom line, the rate he gave me was as quoted on the radio and the rate/terms did not change when my loan closed! He works hard for you, keeps you in the loop throughout the process, and got my refi done quickly (9/24/2015-10/16/2015). I am referring him to my friends and will use him for future loans.
