Review 1/28/2010
I have been constantly harassed by this company since May of 2009. The first time they called,a foreign man by the name of Sean Taylor called. He said that if I did not pay this payday loan debt that day, I have the authorities come to my door to take me to court the next morning. He said that I owed $1500 but they would settle for $1,096. I went into panic mode and called all of my family to try to come up with the money to pay this debt. I was panicking so much that I was not thinking straight. What I discovered later was that I paid this particular payday loan several months prior. Meanwhile, I came up with the money by borrowing it from my family and I paid it. He told me I would get a letter stating that it was paid off. I never received it.

Then, two months later this same man called and said that I owed this same debt, again! I told him I paid it and told him that he told me I would receive a letter saying that I paid it off, which I never received. He said that I now owed the second half of it. I told him he was full of crap and to send me written proof that I owed this. He said that he was not able to that I was sent several e-mails regarding this debt. I told him I wanted it in writing, not e-mail. He would not leave me along so I hung up. I then did more research and found that I had paid this off back in March of that year, with a different company. I called that company and had them send me a letter saying that it was paid off. I then contacted the bank and told them what happened. They ended up putting the money back in my account. They did research on it and ended up clearing me from owing that money. I also filed a report with the police department. They told me that if they kept calling to have fun with them and ask them all kinds of questions and make them frustrated. It is still not over!

I got a call again a couple of months later (Sept or Oct). Again they said that I owed money to the same company. I told them that I have written proof that I paid it off. They said I did not. I told them I did. When he kept arguing with me I told him to send me written proof. I gave him my fax number and told him that if he could not provide me with written proof that I was not paying it. He said he would fax it - never showed. He called a couple more times, but I would not take the call. Still not over!

I just got the call AGAIN! Same guy, Sean Taylor, leaving a message saying that this was a warning. If I did not return the call he wishes me luck with what would unfold on me. He called yesterday afternoon and then again this morning. They will not stop harassing me. I have diabetes and this stress is causing my blood sugar to sky rocket. I don't know how to get them to stop calling me for good!

DO NOT TALK TO THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND ARE VERY GOOD AT IT. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW THE COLLECTION LAW AND YOUR RIGHTS THEY WILL VERY EASILY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AS THEY DID ME.
