I am very impressed with your expertise and consideration for your customers.
I spent approximately 30 years in the computer business as a Systems Engineer in a customer support role, primarily in the airline industry on reservations systems. We were known for our service and customer care, and since retiring about 18 years ago I have been sadly disappointed with the way most computer companies treat there customers and there level of expertise. That is until I had to deal with the CyberDefender folks. It is a true pleasure to work with your technicians and I can't compliment you enough, especially Adam B. who worked my ticket number 110125-005924.
