When my Gateway computer was destroyed by the agent somewhere in India, Frank stepped up to the plate and tried to save it but to no avail. He then consulted with me on my needs and wants and put together a package for a new computer at a reasonable price for my home use. He does a yearly maintenance check and the computer has been working without problems for over 3 years. Having a local person to call when there is a problem or question is priceless and I will continue to have my maintenance contract with Frank and CyberTech Computer Systems, Inc. And if ever I want to upgrade my computer system, I will definitely purchase the CyberTech.
