Memory4Less will never get our business again! We ordered an item Thursday March 31, 2011 for expedited delivery on Monday April 4th. When it didn't arrive early that morning, I tracked it online & found the status showed no activity. I called Memory4Less and was told, "Oh, we moved over the weekend so the order probably didn't get processed. We have a bunch of orders we're catching up on today." WHAT?! We placed our order late Thursday. They had all day Friday to process the order OR contact us to say it wouldn't ship.

I insisted that they at least refund our expediting charge and process the order for early AM delivery on Tuesday. They agreed but shipped the item standard overnight instead. When it arrived late Tuesday, it was defective.

I called to request a replacement and was told that I should process the RMA online myself because their administrative page was down & they couldn't access RMA's. At this point, I wanted to cancel the order and buy somewhere else but my boss wanted them to make this right! So I completed my own RMA early that morning and called them back to ensure the replacement would be shipped that day, rather than wait for our return to arrive. They agreed. I received the new order & tracking number. That was yesterday. This morning, one week after placing our original order, I didn't receive the shipment. I called them and found out the item is on back-order. WHAT?! They had 24 hours to realize the part wasn't in stock & inform me but no one made any attempt to contact our business. THAT'S IT!!!

I cancelled the order, insisted upon reversing all charges and placed the order with another company. I've already received my shipping confirmation & tracking number - finally, I know the part will arrive tomorrow.

At no point during this week did anyone from the receptionist to the managers EVER offer an apology or suggest compensation for my trouble. I told them if I treated a customer this way, I'd be FIRED, rightfully so! If I could give zero stars for a rating, I would. One star is far too generous for Memory4Less. Avoid them at any cost.
