Although the reason I went to Da-Les Auto Body was due to being rear-ended while driving to work, they made everything better by being a wonderful shop to work with. Lisa is always amazingly friendly and helpful, whether on the phone or in person, and she even made me hot chocolate while I was waiting for my estimate. After I dropped my car off, they constantly updated me through text to let me know the status of my car. They were also extremely accomodating with my schedule, and worked with me even when I couldn't come by the shop to pick up my car. When I finally picked up my car, Mike realized that he had forgotten to fix the valet lock in my car, even though it was not part of the accident and was just a favor he was doing, so he told me to bring it back whenever and they would fix it. A-mazing service, and the car turned out beautiful. They also did a great job detailing the car before I picked it up, and it was as good as new! I highly recommend this shop, and I will always use them from now on.
