FILE A CHARGE DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY RIGHT AWAY IF YOU ARE WANTING A REFUND ON CANCELED ORDER!!! . NEVER BUY FROM DEALERCOSTCARAUDIO.COM . I WAITED A MONTH AND A HALF FOR AN ORDER BEFORE I DECIDED TO CANCEL AND NOW HAVE BEEN WAITING ALMOST A MONTH FOR A REFUND. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN!!! . We apologize for the inconveniences. This order appears to be refunded already, however, if you continue to have issues with your refund, we do recommend checking with your bank in regards to your pending refund that is due. We have been having intermittent refunds lately that are out of our control. Sometimes your bank's dispute department may be able to assist you further in regards to obtaining the refund quicker. Normally I'm a patient man and I think I have been so far throughout this transaction... I am requesting again a refund no later than tomorrow to be in my account for the sum of $224.95, if this cannot be done by you I expect a wire transfer tomorrow (7/16/2010). If this does not happen I have instructed my attorney to file a small claims dispute and you will be also charged for court cost and attorney fees that have to do with this case. My attorney has copies of our e-mails and documented phone calls. The Better Business Bureau of America has also received my complaint and will be contacting you. I called your customer service yesterday and was told I needed to talk to a manager but none was available and I would be getting a call from one that day which never happened. . This is not good business...This money needs to be in my account today, if you can get in my account or need to send a money wire do so. I tried calling back yesterday again but after waiting an hour for someone to answer my call I hung up. . It only took 2days for you to withdraw the money from my account but now we're going on 3 weeks to refund it after I waited a month and a half to finally cancel. I've been patient through out this but now I'm very frustrated. . So please have this taken care of today and I'm expecting a call from your customer service manager today.
