Right now I am going through a terrible experience of not knowing when my car will arrive. I should have read the reviews before I chose this company. The original estimated arrival date was January 4, 2009. It has been extended at least three times and today (Jan. 11) the estimate is extended to Jan. 17 which is almost a month from the day the car was picked up. If you ever consider using this company, pay at least the extra for guaranteed delivery and read their fine print because they may use the weather as a legitimate excuse for the delay. I will never use this company again. I would have chosen zero star if I could.
