I'm a contractor, I have this sweet customer in Garden Grove, CA which we did a major job at and on her house. during the job one of the windows got damage and we obligate to take full responsibility. so instead of going and get her a on self same size window, we contact the company who provide and install her windows at the entire house and ask to order this particular window. the company is Dial One Windows in Irvine. after speaking to Mrs Young and even emailing her at the same day picture of the window and the location I talk to the service manger at the store and he assure me that they order the window. I wait about 2 weeks and call to get an update, they made me fell like nothing been done and the window even not been ordered. i ask what is wrong and they said that they will contact the manufacture and order the window. after 2 weeks I called again and I've been told that we have an arriving date for the window which was about 3 week away, can't really argue I've wait for the date to come and called again ...this time Mrs Yung said will you guys need to pay for the window which ok with us and immediately provide Credit Card...but wait where is the window??? Oh...we will contact the company and find out.....here we are today 3 month later and after talking to maybe all the people in the store which some of them I would never even considered employ if I was the owner, like the service manager who tell you I'll call you back and never call...such a service and he don't even know what to answer or to say which most service manager out there know how to deal with such case. THIS store web site is a big lie and try not to fall for it!!! my customer is way beyond her anger and all my reputation can be ruined because of such a useless vendor. they are shame to the business world and do your self a favor and stay away from them!!!
