We purchased a spa from this company on 4/2/11. Had delivery and service issues from beginning. You have to call California to reach anyone. But they won't return calls. The spa never worked properly. Upgrades that were paid for and part of the "contract" were not included. It was a demo model that was sold to us as new. Had to drain it 3 times, because it overheated everyday and shut off. When we finally were able to use it (a total of maybe 6 times over a 5 month period), one night the whole system shut down - because a major pipe leading from the filter blew out. The water drained from the tub - through all the wiring, electrical, heater, etc inside the unit. Fortunately the circuit breaker worked and shut down the power so we were not injured or killed. We requested our money back and filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General's office. They finally replaced the tub (refusing to refund our money) but the replacement was not as quoted would be delivered. And their driver backed into our neighbor's car and left without saying anything. At the State Fair (less than 4 days after they removed it from our yard) the damaged tub was in their booth being sold - "with only cosmetic scratches". When we informed them that the unit had more than cosmetic problems they first threatened to have us thrown out of the fair. Then told us that "all hot tubs have leaks"!! The salesman refused to tell me his name - wonder why?!
I have given them a 1 star rating only because I can't figure out how to do 0! I have nothing positive to say about them.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
