ZERO PHONE SUPPORT!

Overall I'm ok with the quality of the stones. When looking at it closely they have small black specks but not too noticeable from far. Looks like pepper honestly. What urks me is the lack of phone support. You guys really need to get more operators so
that I don't have to wait 30 minutes just to get hung up on!! What a waste of time. The only reason they get 2 stars is because she liked them.
