Order Never Received

I placed an order for diamond stud earrings on 11-27-18, with the shipping method showing 3-5 days. Not being sure of whether this was the date the earrings would be shipped versus received, I gave the benefit of the doubt and waited 5 business days and followed up on 12-4-18. I was promised my order would ship 12-5-18, which it didn't. Finally, on Sunday, 12-9-18. I received a USPS tracking number, however, it only showed the shipping label being printed. The tracking never showed any progress beyond 12-9-18. I called 12-12-18 to see what was going on and was told my order had still not shipped. I cancelled my order at that time. They were very quick to charge my credit card on the day I placed the order, but everything after that was a disaster. They never did issue me a credit and I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I would not recommend doing business with this company. I will never do business with them again.
