I am experiencing a similar situation as the 1st reviewer. DiamondSkin Systems markets a full lifetime warranty with a 30 day money back guarantee on their microdermabrasion/oxygen machine. Although once your 30 days has passed, you will never get a response back. RALPH AGUILA, president and only employee, will respond to purchase inquiries but once you've committed and equipment has been delivered, and 30 days has passed, don't expect any further contact. DiamondSkin Systems misrepresents itself on all fronts including selling a machine from a supposedly "recent" trade show. Complete false!!
The ironic thing is that my situation only involved replacing a $10 part and he still never called back!! This company has absolutely zero integrity.
** BUYER BEWARE--go with a trusted company with more than one employee, that does not boast a full lifetime warranty.
