Relief, and the magnitude of help, and safety she has provided for me is hardly comprehensible. Words can't really do this section justice, but I intend to try anyway. Kristine held my hand every step of the way through the process. She explained the petrifying
parts twice. She takes my 27 calls a day if need be, and she gives me the ever helpful pat on the butt to provide additional documentation whenever needed. Kristine made me feel like she was saving a family member, and not just another client. I will truly
