BEFORE you trust this company, call your timeshare resort and speak to someone in the business office or where you mail your maintenance fees. We found out in our case that one of the timeshares where we owned will INDEED allow you to deed back your property to them, and the cost would have been somewhere around $400. Small price to pay to get out of that committment. We owned 2 weeks and Direct charged us $4290 for the 2 we owned at one of our resorts. Would have only cost around $800 had we checked ourselves. Have been in the process of getting Direct to be honorable about it and so far we have had no success. I am not giving up and will continue on until someone will hear our story. If your resort won't allow a deed back, then you need to figure our if it is worth it with all the maintenance fees if their fee to help you is worth it. CALL YOURSELF AND FIND OUT BEFORE YOU GO TO ONE OF THEIR SALES PITCHES!
