What a dreadful Company...... Jade Mendenhall is a really good liar. She promised to be there to help, I called her number several times and got an answer machine. I left messages but never received any reply. Direct Transfers farms all their transfers to Preferred Transfers. What they don't tell you, when you pay the large sums of money, is that if you contact the Resort directly the chances are they will take your Timeshare back from you for no cost so they can sell it to the next person. The staff at Preferred Transfers are all college kids who are very pleasant but are not supervised correctly. All the numbers you dial for Direct and Preferred Transfers link back to one '3rd party call center' which is run by Great Timeshare Bargains and other similar companies. The people who answer your call ask if they can help but when you ask a question or request information they say they cannot help because they are a '3rd party call center'. Look up both websites and try calling the numbers you'll find they are no better than the Timeshare companies themselves.
If I could give them a negative star rating I would.....They owe me since I did all the work for them in the end.. Stupid of me? No my account was about to be sent to a Collection Agency because of their incompetence, so I had to do something.
