Seven stressful months of no updates, daily collection calls from timeshare wanting maintenance fees which our contract with DT says we are not to pay, as they will not reimburse us. Now collection company is calling. I am afraid to check our credit report. When we call them for status updates we get confusing explanations about the time share company changing policies re. accepting one of the properties. "Free" membership they "gave" us to travel club actually cost us $495.00 in processing fee.(Don't try to find the travel company by calling the phone number on their forms. It took five calls to find them) Processing fee passed right over our heads while numbers were being added in to give us a total of 9495.00 to get them to take three properties. Not enough room to write details of what our life has been like being involved with these people. Making an appointment with attorney today.
