I found Directbuy to be VERY overpriced. Directbuy claims to sell "at cost" when in fact they charge a "handling fee" 8% at best. And delivery charges and storage charges ect.... I am told that some manufacturing companies charge Directbuy more than other stores knowing that they markup the product very little. Thus eliminating much of the savings you would expect from buying at cost. Directbuy is also in the midst of several class action suits that claim Directbuy takes "rebates and other kickbacks" from the suppliers.
If that isn't bad enough, the customer service at Directbuy is non existent. It cost over 4000.00 to join Directbuy and once they get your money directbuy has very little reason to help the members. They strive very hard to sell new memberships and do very little to keep current members happy. I TRUELY WISH WE HAD NOT JOINED DIRECTBUY OF THE PALM BEACHES
