MISLEADING INFO ON WEBSITE BAIT AND SWITCH BUYER BEWARE!

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. DKBF does NOT stand behind their warranty, and they are rude and demeaning to us. Floor installation shoddy - adhesive caused large wall to wall stains to appear .on the surface in many areas ..unsightly and bubbling, large gaps at seams . Called DKBF owner, and was told we were beyond HER warranty, yet has not shown us paperwork to prove her claim. DKBF website lists 20 years , and lifetime installation warranty. No where does it say 5 years. Owner DKBF claims that I signed only a 5 years warranty, and it was 1 year when the stain appeared, but did not inform them. We are now still under the 20 years warranty that is claimed on their website, so why is her warrant different than the website? I am still waiting for the proof. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
