BEWARE!!! I ordered a dress from Discount Elegant Bridal's website. It was not as described. In fact, I'd swear it had been worn by someone. When I tried the dress on, it didn't hang right on the body. I found that it was altered at the straps as one could see the fold in the fabric and the hand stitching. I took out the hand stitching and discovered that one of the straps had actually been cut! I contacted them via email and was told it was new and not altered. (I guess they're calling me a liar.) I am a pretty good seamstress and could definitely see that the straps were taken up. When I took out the hand stitching, I discovered that one of the straps had actually been cut before it was hand stitched! Since it was on clearance, I cannot get a refund. The least they could have done was offer a refund. This business is a joke!

Customer ordered a CLearance $15 silk cocktail designer dress. It was new, unused, and only on clearance since it was from a previous season and did not have a bow in front. We included a close up picture of the missing bow. All sales are final as listed in our return policy. We deal only with reputable companies. This was a new dress from the designer bought the previous season so it was on clearance.
