I contracted with this company for a new sprinkler system with 2 zones; three water hose spigots; and a drip irrigation system which was to be trenched 3" to 4" deep in flower beds.
Two young men were sent to do the work and one was taken off my job and sent to another one the second day. I complained to the owner and he did send the second fellow back two days later. There was virtually NO supervision by owner. He kept in touch with workers by telephone unless I called and told him to come out to my home and see the sloppy work that was being done.
I kept contacting the owner as to putting the 2 zones in and he kept saying I did not need them. He had to install two more sprinkler lines and heads as my grass was not getting enough water....and is still NOT!
The drip irrigation system was laid out on top of the ground and not buried as quoted by owner.
These people have had to come back to my home many times trying to fix mistakes that were made last February in a job that was to have only taken 3 days. It is now almost May...
I cannot reccommend them as they have no pride in their work, they have no respect for owner's wishes and they either don't care about destroying owner's plants or they don't know what a plant is! They do sloppy work and all you get is one excuse after another from the owner. I am VERY disappointed and will not use them for further work at my home.
The owner admitted to the person that reccommended the company to me that he "dropped the ball" on my job. I find this totally unacceptable!
