We called Divine Developers several months ago for an estimate. The estimate was thousands higher than we had expected; and when we expressed our shock to the estimator, he became defensive and arrogant. We told him we always get at least 3 estimates for everything we have done, and we would call him after getting the other 2. Obviously he knew that his company's prices were not competitive and we would most likely not be using them, so he IMMEDIATELY sold our information to an obviously very long list of contractors without our permission. We received at least 6 calls a day for the first few weeks; and to this day we are still receiving at least 2 calls a day! And, no, this is not a coincidence. The callers know exactly which project to call about, and we never called for a second estimate. I see that this company has had several complaints regarding their work, so I am happy at least that we did not hire them. (Is there a rating LESS than one star?)
