I ordered an ATT Blackberry phone on Wednesday April 20th 2011. Everything went smoothly at first. I receive the phone on Monday April 25th. I repowered the battery and learned that it was a T-Mobile blackberry. That will not work with my ATT SIM Card. I double checked my order and it clearly reads an ATT phone that was ordered. I send a late night email to dotcells, but do not expect a response until the next day.
I never received a response from dotcells.com for the entire day. I called their number and it went straight to a busy signal. No voice mail, no on hold, no message, straight to busy signal. I submitted three online requests for a response. Wrote a simple message with my name, number, address and order#.
"I ordered an ATT phone and received a T-Mobile phone. SIM Card is invalid."
Have now cancelled payment.
