Hello,
I was really unsure about dotcells.com when i saw all the complaints.
but, I decided to order a phone anyway. I orderder a used lg env2 rated at a 2 by dotcells. I ordered it may 15th and got it on may20, the phone is in good condition, the silver all around the edges is pretty warn off, it has some scratchs on the front keys and on the front screen(not that noticeable on the screen, when it's lit you can't see them)the inside and the back of the phone look really good. this may sound like alot of ware. but, if you read the description for a 2 on the web site you would think its a piece of junk, but it's actually really nice. put a case on and you wont even notice the ware. they shipped it for free, got a charger for free. had no problem activating it. no complaints here. I would buy from them again
