I purchased a phone from Dotcells.com about 1 week ago. The phone was delivered however, some of the icons on the phone were in Chinese language. I called the company as soon as I got the phone, and one of the reps was able to give me instructions via email on how to switch the information to English. I tried doing this, unfortunately it switched everything on the phone to the Chinese language. I tried contacting them the next day as it was past their business hours. The phone rings once, and then sends you to a voice mail system that is full. This has been ongoing for two days. I have sent them various messages on their support system / link, and have not heard anything back from them. I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing this phone. I am stuck with a phone that is in Chinese, and a company that will not respond to any of my calls or emails.
