The phone that I bought from Dotcells was not only in slightly worse condition then they advertised, it was "outdated" (an analog versus digital), which I did not know based on the description or the picture of the product on their website (The antenna was "hidden" by a second phone which was "strategically" placed behind the first one). Upon returning the phone and asking either for a full credit to purchase a different phone from them or refund I have not heard from them - it has been 3 weeks. Thus, I'm not happy with their service at this point and am questining their business practices/business in general.
