The phone I received did not work and could not have been checked before being shipped as the send button did not work at all. I jumped through their hoops for a return and refund and did eventually receive one after 2 weeks but not for the insurance or the shipping so, in the end, it cost me $5 to find out that this company sells inferior products that do not work.
