Dotcells.com flat out stole my money. I ordered a nextel cellphone from them and received it a week later in a unusable condition. I contacted customer service and was told to return it for a refund. That was over five weeks ago and despite my repeated e-mail inquiries Dotcells has failed to refund my money or provide any valid reason for not doing so. Potential customers beware Dotcells is actively engaging in internet fraud.
