WORST customer service ever. I bought a phone on the night of 3/3/11 and today is 3/17/11 and still haven't received the cell. I already send 3 emails to this company, and jet no response! On the account I created with them my order it's still PROCESSING!! I also pay $5 extra to have the phone shipped in 2 to 5 days. By the way you can't contact this company by phone only by email. Not sure why! If they don't even reply.

ME AGAIN... TODAY IS 03/25/2011. AND I FINALLY GOT THE PHONE!!! BUT, JUST IMAGINE... THE FRICKING PHONE DOES NOT WORK... CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS!!! NOT SURE WHAT TO DO!! SHOULD I RETURN IT?? OMG!! THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!
