Purchased a Blackjack II phone 10 days ago (3/14/2011). Still has not been shipped. I have emailed the company 8 times with not one single response. I have received the "read receipts" though so I know they are being received and theoretically read. I found 3 separate phone numbers for the company and called each one. One is disconnected and the other two go to the same place which tells you they no longer answer the phone.
It's not cool to piss off Marines...particularly since Marines break their phones all the time doing stupid sh*t and need replacement phones quick. I guess they are more interested in the one time scam than building a business through good word of mouth and good customer service.
