Criminal, Fraudulent Company!!!

This company has been charging my credit card without my purchase nor authorization over period of time.
Between November 2013 until January 2014, there were 11 charges with tatal of $2493.58.
They always picked my calls whenever I used to order their products over the phone. And if they missed my calls, Ms. Miyoko always returned my calls right away becasue she knew that its was order calls from me.
And one day, I noticed that They had been charging to my credit card even though I hadn't ordered their products for a long time. So, I called them and talked to Ms. Miyoko about the charges that I didn't purchase. She said, she would get back with me right away. And sure enough, she never called me back. I kept calling them for weeks after weeks, leaving messages to return my calls but Nobody ever returned my calls.
I tried to file complaint with BBB ( Better Business Bureaus ) of California. But it didn't let me because Dr. Mains is NOT BBB accredited.
However, I was able to file complain with California Department Consumer Affairs.

I think more people file complaint on this company, it will eventually shut this company down. So I urge people who got ripped off by this company, to file complaint.
By the way, This company have been using P.O box address recently instead of their physical address which is 2444 W 205th st. Torrance,CA90501.
They needs to be lawfully prosecuted since it is fraudulent criminal activity!!!
