Paid for course, passed course, wanted to review information given before test and was locked out. I paid for the material I should be able to review it as many times as I would like to. Customer service is HORRIBLE! Tehy refuse to listen and I was hung up on because I wanted this fixed. They should not be in business if they cannot take care of their customers.
