NOT IMPRESSED AND QUITE UPSET

Everything is done on California time, forget it if you live on the east coast. We have printed of a lot of useless information that wasn't necessary & could of easily of been read online. After many attempts to scan the necessary information to proceed to the final exam they are telling us to fax the information that it appears to be a picture! Though they have accepted ALL the other documents sent the exact same way. We don't know of anyone with a fax, we don't live near a big city with an Office Max or such, they are about 50 miles away. The program would lose count of time if the laptop was closed,etc. THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now we are going to have to find another route for our daughter after a week of wasted time. Thank goodness we haven't sent any money to them.
