WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
When I originally called to set up appointment I had informed them I had a coupon and what I wanted to do. Then a couple of days later a young lady called and set me up with appointment, where she then told me that it would be approx 150.00. So the gentlemen came out and told me he was going to clean my air ducts to big thing and then started telling stuff I needed to get done we said no thank you not at this time, next thing this guy is cutting air from one of my air duct and remind you without my permission so we had to say hey what is going on and he informed us and then my husband and I said NO! So he told his employee who was already doing it "STOP STOP"! So he came in and said its 149.99 my husband came back and said I will never use them again, soon to find out my coupon was only for 49.99 for I guess a basic cleaning which we got a deep cleaning and they are informing me that I should have known this. When the reception girl who answer's the phone doesn't even know the difference between a deep and basic. I felt that this company is misleading. So BEWARE LIKE THEY TOLD ME MAKE SURE YOU TELL EVERYONE THAT YOU TALK TO ON THE PHONE THAT YOU HAVE A COUPON SO THERE WILL BE NO MISCOMMUNICATION ANY WHERE! FOR UNAHPPY WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I finally hung up and told the young lady him your money and I will never use you again and she had the nerve to say I will give you a 20% off next time.
THE DONT ASK BEFORE THEY DO SO BE AWARE!
