Horrible Company
A sales rep named Brian Van-Dyke came into my office several times asking us to try his company EDI for our freight shipments. After hounding me for weeks I allowed him to quote some of my freight and his prices were great, so we tried them out. Upon delivery, the consignee sent me photos of damaged freight that EDI had delivered to them. I contacted Brian to let him know of the problem and he forwarded me a claim form to fill out. I did as instructed and I was informed 6 weeks later, by their claims department, that my claim was denied. I immediately contacted Brian and he ASSURED me this claim would be paid to me and was very apologetic to the problem I had. This run around went on for weeks. Shipment delivered 10/05/2020 and as of today 2/12/21, Brian will no longer return my emails and no claim has been paid. I trusted my freight with these people, and they do not back anything they say. No returned emails and Brian lying to me saying we would be compensated for the damages and replacement product I had to resend. Lesson learned...stick to my trusted sources!!!!!!!!!!! BROKERS TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY WHEN PROBLEMS HAPPEN!!!!!
